Navigating the site’s bushfire, vegetation and flooding constraints, Hickey Oatley worked collaboratively with the client and project team to secure approval to subdivide the site. The outcome facilitated the relocation and retention of the existing Queenslander onto a 2,355m² lot adjoining a vegetated reserve whilst also creating 4 x 420m² vacant lots.
