Overcoming the site’s steep topography, State koala habitat mapping and overland flow constraints, Hickey Oatley and the larger project team assisted the client with obtaining approval for 12 community title lots on the edge of Everton Park.  By choosing a community title subdivision, the client was able to reduce construction costs and increase their yield.
