Hickey Oatley collaborated with PLOT Architecture and the landowners to first secure approval for a new 2 storey Dwelling house on a vacant 300m2 block of land in Milton, before refining the design into a rare single-storey residence grounded at street level.  The end result is a beautiful 3 bedroom Dwelling house which maximises every square metre of the site with seamless indoor-outdoor living.
