Hickey Oatley provided pre-purchase planning advice that supported the successful acquisition of 4 individual lots which together totalled 2,000m2 of land. To unlock the site’s development potential, Hickey Oatley worked with the project team to implement a staged development strategy which first entailed successfully obtaining Council development approval to remove the existing pre-1947 Dwelling on site.
While it was approved to be demolished, the Dwelling was thoughtfully relocated to Boonah where it has been restored and given new life as a family home.
