This $15 million development sees an existing 5,700m2 Low density residential zoned site be redeveloped for 13 x two-storey Hampton-style townhouses and a three-storey mixed use complex comprising ground floor food and retail and 6 x 3-bedroom above-ground apartments.  With its high quality architectural treatments, finishes and landscaping, the project complements and enhances the surrounding Leicester St & Martha St precinct.

While Mia was involved in the development application process in her former employment, Hickey Oatley subsequently provided the following services:

• Successfully negotiating with Council to obtain an amended Infrastructure Charges Notice (post-Court approval) which corrected Council’s calculation methodology and reduced the amount payable by our client

• Coordinating the preparation and execution of all legal documentation

• Preparing, lodging and managing the plan sealing process to achieve titles as efficiently as possible.
