Hickey Oatley obtained approval for the construction of  3 x 3 storey, luxury villas which were architecturally designed to maximise views of Tallebudgera Creek and Palm Beach. Each dwelling comprised 3 - 4 bedrooms, a 2 car garage and high quality finishes, materials and landscaping to suit the owner occupier market.

The project proposed performance outcomes for residential density, setbacks, car parking and site cover.
