Bowler sees the retention of an existing pre-1947 Dwelling and the creation of a Dual occupancy on an underutilised portion of a corner lot within Paddington.  The new Dwelling is sympathetic to the surrounding character but provides a more functional layout to that previously approved for the site.      

The project overcomes maximum density requirements and balances flooding impacts.
