Wendouree involves partially demolishing, raising and extending a 1923 Porch Double Gable Dwelling to create a contemporary 2 storey, 4 bedroom family home.  The design incorporates a double carport, roof terrace and pool, all within easy walking distance of the famed Merthyr Village and New Farm Park.
