This project involved the sympathetic reworking of an 1890’s worker’s cottage on a 200m2 corner lot in inner-city Milton.  The end result is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom dwelling with a tandem carport and rear courtyard which preserved the Dwelling’s period charm and maximised space – without extending.
